+ High School Graduate plus Health Care courses or on the job training specific to Hospital or Medical Office skills.
+ Experience
+ Certified Healthcare Access Associate (CHAA) certification or a minimum of three years experience in an acute care Patient Access department. Demonstrated proficient, written and verbal communication, telephone, and customer service skills. Must have excellent computer skills, preferably Microsoft Office Suite.
