About the Role

            Responsibilities Manage retrofit and renovation projects from concept to handover, including planning, execution and close‑out. 
Lead project planning, scheduling and coordination ensuring timelines, quality and cost control. 
Prepare and review HAP (Heat Load Analysis) and support HVAC design decisions. 
Review, prepare and modify AutoCAD drawings, design shop drawings and as‑builts. 
Provide technical support to QS and Estimation teams during tendering, variations and cost evaluations. 
Oversee MEP installations and designs ensuring compliance with codes, standards and approved specifications. 
Coordinate and manage subcontractors including scope definition, performance monitoring and site execution. 
Liaise with clients, consultants and end users, addressing technical queries and driving satisfaction.
