Role Summary

WPP Production is looking for a Lifestyle Retoucher (Photoshop Artist) with a solid understanding of complex layer structures and effects in Photoshop. This role will work closely with the Senior Photoshop Artist & Manager of Image Studio.

Key Responsibilities

• Work with Creatives, Producers, and Lead Photo Retouchers within the Image Production Studio to color correct and retouch raw photography.
• Apply Camera Raw and non‑destructive retouching techniques.
• Maintain a well‑organized file structure.
• Manage a high‑volume, high‑quality workload.
• Utilize Photoshop automation via scripts and Actions.
• Report to Lead Photo Retoucher and/or Studio Manager.
