Retail Training Manager, SEA

Mission: Reporting to Retail Excellence Director SEAA, the Retail Training Manager is responsible for the development and execution of impactful & effective learning initiatives in Southeast Asia markets.

This role will partner closely with Retail and Store Management teams to elevate product knowledge, selling capabilities, client experience, and leadership development. He/she will also ensure an alignment with the Maison’s standards, regional business priorities, and commercial objectives.
