Job Description

Dis‑Chem Pharmacies in Gauteng seeks a security guard to render security services in accordance with the Private Security Industry Regulations Act 56 of 2001 as amended. The guard will protect assets, property, and staff by creating a safe environment, identifying signs of criminal activity or disorder, investigating disturbances, and adhering to relevant legislation and best practice.

Minimum Requirements

• Grade 12 – Matric or a Senior Certificate
• Grade C accreditation with PSIRA
• General minimum exposure of at least 3 years in the retail industry (e.g., shopping malls and warehouses)

Advantageous

• At least 1 year of specific previous experience in a similar role
