Job Overview

Mitie is looking for a Retail security officer who can deliver exceptional customer service while creating a safe shopping environment free from the fear of crime for customers and colleagues.

Qualifications

• Hold a current SIA licence or SIA Certificate (training may be provided in some circumstances).
• Have a full five‑year checkable employment/education history.

Main Duties

• Deliver industry‑leading customer service.
• Deter violence and public order offences.
• Conduct patrols of the store.
• Utilise CCTV systems to support the reduction of crime and stock loss.
• Liaise with store management teams.
• Liaise with the police and crime partnership to support the reduction of crime in the store.
