Position Summary:

The Boatique Sales Associate is responsible for creating a welcoming and engaging shopping experience for all guests at The Boatique. This role is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service that is an extension of the restaurant experience, generating sales through strong product knowledge and merchandising skills, and maintaining a clean and visually appealing shopping environment. Associates assist customers with product selections, handle transactions, and provide information on promotions, policies, and security protocols.

In addition, team members uphold the Gibsons Restaurant Group philosophy, built on four core values: Hospitality, Quality, Value, and Family.
