Excellent opportunity for an experienced Retail Property Administrator. Ideal for someone with retail, commercial or industrial property admin experience.

THE ROLE:

Reporting to the Centre Manager some of your key responsibilities will include:

  • Distributing monthly tenant rental invoices
  • Reviewing and processing of rental charges/reviews/increases
  • Collection of monies, including rent, outgoings and arrears
  • Raising work orders to contractors once instructed by Facilities Manager and manage compliance
  • Processing and approving supplier invoices for payment by Financial Controller
  • Collection of tenant and contractors public liability insurance
  • General lease administration and provide support to the Centre Management team
