Retail Manager/ Console Operator

We are looking for a Full-time console operator to join our team in our family run service station located in countryside Town House Cohuna. As the major point of contact with our customers, you would need to have outstanding customer service skills. This role is also responsible for the safety and security of the driveway and pump area so you would need excellent observation skills. Our Purpose is to provide high quality automotive services. Driver’s license essential.



Your duties would be;

Customer Service

• Promote and maintain a positive organizational image and good community relations with our customer

• Answer telephone in a polite and timely manner don’t share fuel information.

• Provide quality customer service

• Report to the Manager in a timely manner on issues likely to influence desired outcomes and good customer relations

• Maintain a neat and tidy appearance
