Retail Lead Reports to:

• Assistant Store Manager FLSA Status: Exempt Department: Retail Location: Moapa Pay Range: $41,600.00 Position Summary: The Retail Lead supports the daily operations of the dispensary by guiding team performance, ensuring excellent customer service, and maintaining compliance and organization throughout the sales floor.


• This role bridges the gap between team members and store management and plays a key role in delivering a positive, educational, and compliant customer experience.

Responsibilities:

• Must be able to open and close the store in accordance with company policy.


• Responsible for overseeing daily dispensary floor operations and ensuring staff are supported and efficient.
• Must be able to verify allotments, guide patients through product selection, and deliver exceptional service.
