Support ongoing Digital Retail / POS projects and enhancements
Coordinate with vendors and internal stakeholders on deliverables, issues, and timelines
Support UAT planning, cutover readiness, and postgolivesupport coordination
Assist with requirements clarification, change support, and project documentation
What you'll need to succeed
3-7 years' experience in IT project management or BA roles
Experience with retail technology / POS platforms OR SAP/ERP systems will be good
Comfortable working with system integrators and AMS vendors
Strong coordination, communication, and followup skills
