A group of well-established clothing and footwear brands is seeking a Wholesale Customer Service and Operations Assistant to support their team based in Watford. This role is ideal for someone with experience in fashion or retail operations, who is highly organised and confident managing order processes from start to finish.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Track and follow up on customer purchase orders (POs); send POs to factories and sales order confirmations (SOCs) to customers

  • Communicate with customers and factories to resolve order-related queries

  • Upload and maintain data in the ERP system

  • Coordinate with logistics teams to ensure timely shipments and deliveries
