Job Summary Our Company seeks a Retail Executive to drive footwear sales, manage customer relationships, coordinate manpower and stock, and uphold brand standards across island-wide retail outlets. Responsibilities Execute retail sales of footwear and related products to achieve sales targets Build and maintain positive customer relationships by gathering and acting on customer feedback for continuous improvement Coordinate, plan, and schedule retail outlet manpower and inventory to ensure smooth operations Maintain cleanliness and uphold the Company's brand image in all retail outlets Prepare and analyze daily sales reports and conduct stock checks to monitor performance and inventory levels Resolve customer complaints effectively while delivering excellent customer service Adapt to work schedules including weekends, public holidays, irregular hours, and sales events as required Able to work travel to different outlets within the same day or alternate days.
