Retail Deployment Manager

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end deployment of major retail change into store network
• Ensure initiatives are practical, sequenced effectively, and delivered successfully in real trading environments
• Manage the change pipeline across stores, ensuring readiness, coordinating rollout activity, and supporting teams through go‑live and stabilisation
• Lead a team of Store Trainers and deployment specialists, building a consistent, scalable, and practical approach to change across the network
• Key initiatives include large‑scale programmes such as POS transformation, SAP and enterprise system rollouts, store openings, Change of Ownership activity, and regulatory change
