About the Role

 Location: Merdeka 118, Kuala Lumpur
  Employment Type: 1-Year Contract (Renewable / Convertible to Permanent Staff)
 Working Hours
9:30 AM – 10:00 PM 
Maximum 45 working hours per week 
Monday – Sunday (Rotational Shifts ) 
6 Working Days per Week 
 Compensation & Benefits
Basic Salary: RM 2,150 – RM 2,500 (Based on Experience)

Provide consultation on mobile plans, devices & broadband 
Drive sales through upselling & cross-selling to achieve KPIs 
Handle customer enquiries, complaints & service escalations professionally 
Manage activations, renewals, upgrades & documentation in compliance with SOPs
