Retail Business Insights Executive

Responsibilities

We are looking for a Retail Business Insights Executive role partnering closely with the Retail Excellence Manager to deliver actionable performance insights and market intelligence that support effective decision making.

Your main focus:

• Monitor and analyze sales, productivity and other performance metrics to support effective business and retail decision making
• Conduct regular market visits to gather on-ground intelligence, including competitor activities and operational challenges, consolidate feedback from Retail Specialists and front-liners, highlight key findings with recommended actions to the Retail Excellence Manager
• Connect performance data insights to retail operations, customer satisfaction results and market activities and their impact on daily performance across channels.
