About the Role
Responsibilities: To provide customer service on retail banking products To attend personal loan application To conduct marketing on bank cards and other personal products on batch basis To maintain relationship with VIP customers To provide financial advice and market financial products to retail customers To keep existing customers updated on portfolios and new products To write reports on products and business To prepare for any ad-hoc duty assigned by Head of Department.
Requirements: Bachelor's degree, preferably in Banking and Finance or related discipline At least 2 years of relevant experience in a similar capacity. Prior working experience in banking sector will be advantageous Ability to multi-task and work under pressure Good interpersonal skills and communication skills
