About the Role

            Responsibilities  Ensure all retail staff effectively communicate product features and benefits to consumers. 
Address and resolve customer complaints efficiently. 
Execute store activities in alignment with operational procedures and visual merchandising standards. 
Maintain a safe work environment by adhering to health and safety guidelines. 
Perform alterations as required. 
Act as a role model and motivate a high-performing team to deliver outstanding customer service.
