Responsibilities

• Assist customers with styling and personalising high‑fashion frames from luxury brands.
• Provide excellent customer service and recommend products that meet customer needs.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure displays reflect brand aesthetics.
• Process sales, returns, and exchanges accurately.
• Work collaboratively with team members to meet store targets.
