Retail Assistant

• Greeting customers, answering queries, offering advice on products, and resolving complaints.
• Processing payments, returns, and exchanges.
• Restocking shelves, setting up promotional displays, and ensuring products are properly priced.
• Cleaning the sales floor, organizing displays, and maintaining tidiness of shop.
• Monitoring the store to prevent theft and being vigilant.

Job Requirements

• Minimum of an SPM, High School Diploma, or equivalent.
• A positive, willing-to-learn attitude as training is provided.
• Strong interpersonal skills, basic math skills for cashiering.
