Retail Assistant

Responsibilities

• Provide excellent customer service: Greet customers warmly, answer customer inquiries, assist with product selection, and resolve customer issues promptly and professionally.
• Maintain store appearance: Ensure the store is clean, organized, and well‑stocked. This may include tasks such as merchandising displays, restocking shelves, and maintaining a neat and tidy sales floor.
• Process sales transactions: Operate the cash register, handle payments accurately, and process sales, returns, and exchanges efficiently.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills: Strong communication and interpersonal skills to interact with customers in a friendly and helpful manner.
• Basic retail experience: Prior experience in a retail environment is preferred, but not always required.
