About the Role

Retail Admin Assistant (Chinese Speaking)

Working Hours
  • Monday to Friday: 8.00 am - 5.00 pm
  • Saturday: 9.00 am - 12 pm
  • 5.5 day work week
  • Location: East Area
Job Responsilbilites
  • Attend to walk-in customers and provide customer service support
  • Process daily sales order using SAP system
  • Prepare and follow up on quotations
  • Handle customer enquiries via phone, email and walk-ins
  • Perform general administrative duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Able to communicate in Chinese and English
  • Basic knowledge of SAP system will be an advantage
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Responsible, organized and able to work independently
  • Prior administrative or retail experience preferred
  • Can Start work immediately
  • Salary $ 2,300 to $ 2,600.00
