About the Role

We’re working with an insolvency practice in the Midlands who are hiring Assistant Managers. They’re looking for accountants who know they want restructuring next, not just people trying to escape audit!

If you’ve spent the last few years in audit and thought, “Actually, I want to work on real outcomes, not just compliance”, this is the role.


What you’ll do:

  • Lead on formal insolvencies and administrations

  • Run independent business reviews and feasibility analysis

  • Handle creditor meetings and recovery strategies

  • Work across CVLs, MVLs, and corporate insolvencies

  • Build real client relationships (not just compliance notes)

    • Who we’re looking for:

  • ACA or ACCA qualified

  • 3+ years in audit or corporate finance

  • You’ve done your homework on restructuring, you know the difference between audit and this work

  • You’re looking for a genuine step up, not a step out...
