What are we looking for

Qualifications & Experience

Minimum 35 years of experience in F&B sales restaurant sales or hospitality sales

Experience in luxury hotels or high-end restaurants preferred

Proven track record of achieving sales targets

Fluency in English; additional languages are an advantage

Restaurant sales revenue vs target

Number of new accounts secured

Repeat business and client retention

Event conversion ratio

Guest satisfaction related to sales-driven bookings

Reservations conversion rate

Response time and accuracy of reservations handling
