Key tasks and responsibilities

• Leads day-to-day restaurant operations
• Enhances restaurant's financial performance and guest satisfaction metrics
• Participates in menu development and conducts food tastings
• Recruits and trains staff while ensuring continuous employee development
• Monitors and evaluates employee performance
• Provides exceptional customer service, addressing and resolving guest inquiries
• Conducts monthly inventory audits and oversees supply orders
• Ensures compliance with health and safety regulations

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree/Diploma in Hotel or Restaurant Management
• Proven experience in a similar management role, preferably in a 5-star environment
