About the Role

We’re recruiting a Restaurant Manager and Trainer to lead front-of-house operations for a Events Catering Company in London.

This is not a typical Restaurant Manager role. It’s a unique leadership opportunity where premium hospitality meets purpose. You’ll work alongside the General Manager and Head Chef to deliver an award-winning fine-dining experience, while training and mentoring students.

If you are a strong hospitality leader with a premium background, a passion for training and the ability to balance commercial performance with empathy and structure, this is an amazing opportunity!

The offer

  • £35,000 – £40,000 per annum
  • 39 hours per week
  • Sunday–Thursday working pattern (structured week)
  • Finish by 3PM most days!
  • 28 days holiday + bank holidays
