We are looking for an experienced Restaurant Manager to join our team in Dubai. The successful candidate will possess excellent customer service skills, strong organizational abilities and an aptitude for problem solving. The Restaurant Manager is responsible for the day-to-day operations of the restaurant, ensuring that all staff members provide exceptional customer service and that the restaurant runs smoothly and efficiently.
The Restaurant Manager is also responsible for creating a pleasant dining experience through effective management of the facility, including but not limited to: controlling costs, evaluating and training staff, addressing customer complaints and resolving any issues that may arise. The Restaurant Manager must possess a working knowledge of financials and be able to forecast sales trends.
