About the Role
Responsibilities
- Determine the type of services to be offered and implement operational procedures.
- Balance cash and complete balance sheets, cash reports and related forms.
- Conduct performance reviews.
- Cost products and services.
- Organize and maintain inventory.
- Ensure health and safety regulations are followed.
- Negotiate arrangements with suppliers for food and other supplies.
- Address customers’ complaints or concerns and provide customer service.
Qualifications
- Education: College or CEGEP.
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years in a related field.
- Budgetary responsibility: $100,001 – $500,000.
- Knowledge of accounting software, electronic cash register, MS Excel, MS Office, MS Windows, point of sale system, and spreadsheets.
