About the Role
Looking for a very seasoned, honest GM that fully understands food cost, labor cost, and how to run a great quality restaurant that also sells alcohol (full bar). He or she needs to have great interpersonal skills, needs to be able to lead a team and he needs to put his or her all into the job.
This realistically isn't going to start out as a 5 day a week job. This is a 6+ day a week job and anyone that thinks running an engaged, high quality restaurant is a 40 hour job, please, respectfully, this job just isn't for you.
That said, if you're a hard worker that understands social media, how to schedule, and how to hire and retain talent, and how to run a profitable restaurant, we really should talk. We will pay you competitively, we just need an adult in the room that can execute at a high level.
