About the Role

What you achieve:

  • Professional and personnel management of the three teams Lead Management & CRM, Market Management and Sales Management
  • Responsibility for controlling, qualifying, conversion optimisation and channel-appropriate forwarding of leads, including monitoring, performance analysis and continuous development of lead and campaign processes
  • Responsibility for sales management in the areas of direct sales, corporate customers and partners
  • Planning, implementation and further development of market cultivation measures for end customers, partners, direct sales and corporate customers
  • Ensuring a coordinated overall market approach across all channels, target groups and partners
  • Responsibility for the expansion and further development of the internal Sanitas Sales Academy
  • Responsibility for ICT and ensuring regulatory excellence in the entire sales area
