Responsable Corporate Finance (F/H)

Main missions

As Head of the Corporate Finance team, your role will revolve around the following topics: 
• Actively involved in the internal development strategy of AXA LM via carrying valuations;
• Supervise the capital management of entities within AXA LM perimeter (AXA as well as Funds) as well as structure simplification topics;
• Supervise asset-liability management processes (ALM); and
• Supervise financial modeling and ad-hoc studies.

1. Internal development strategy
AXA Liabilities Managers has shifted its strategic focus towards run-off (re)insurance portfolios within AXA perimeter. Thanks to the expertise acquired by managing France-based and US-based run-off reinsurance AXA entities, AXA LM is in a position to offer tailor made reinsurance solutions for AXA reinsurance portfolios in run-off.
