JOB DESCRIPTION This position will be responsible for providing functional support and guidance across core iScala Finance, Logistics, and Manufacturing modules, ensuring effective system performance and alignment with business needs. Working closely with business users, technical teams, and regional stakeholders, the role will drive process standardization, support ERP implementations, and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives. The successful candidate will play a key role in translating business requirements into practical ERP solutions while supporting testing, validation, and go-live activities.

How you'll make an impact:

PEOPLE – directly leads the Plant Physico-Chemistry Quality Control and the Microbiology Quality Control team. Performs annual PPD & Goal Setting.

PEOPLE – Selects, trains, develops, retains, qualifies and manages the team in line with Ecolab standards. Organizes the Labs activities according to priorities.
