Resilience Governance Reporting Lead

We are seeking a Resilience Governance and Reporting Lead to join a well-established Financial Services organisation, supporting the Group's Resilience function. The team plays a central role in operational resilience and regulatory engagement, offering strong exposure to Board-level reporting, regulatory liaison, and cross-functional project work. Responsibilities: Manage the secretariat duties of the Resilience Committee. Prepare key resilience risk documentation (incl. board submissions). Obtain and apply a strong working knowledge of the regulatory requirements around Operational Resilience and DORA. Oversight of Resilience with new programmes and initiatives. Prepare and conduct resilience training. Regulatory and control-function liaison. Requirements: Business-related or similar primary/postgraduate degree. Recently qualified accountant (ACA/ACCA).
