Job Summary

Job Title: Residential Support Worker

Location: The Larches Children’s Home – Rotherham

Hours:  40.5 hours per week

Salary: £27,525 - £31,375 (depending on experience and qualifications)

Earnings: £30,125 - £33,975 (based on 5 sleep-ins per month)

Shift Pattern: 2 shifts on, 4 shifts off

Shift Times: Starting at 9:30am followed by a sleep in after half the shifts

Annual Leave Entitlement: 243 hours

Essential Criteria: Driving License*

Contracts: Full Time and Part Time Available (figures above based on FTE)
