Primary Responsibilities:This role directs and coordinates all activities of retail, commercial and retrofit installation of HVAC equipment and provides levels of customer service and satisfaction.

Specific Duties & Tasks:

  • Plans, develops with staff, and implements services and activities by which Company policies and goals are achieved.
  • Reviews work performed by installation staff with customers on job site to determine satisfaction.
  • Coordinates activities of Department such as verification of equipment and materials needs, scheduling, installation, billing, and customer satisfaction to effect operational efficiency, productivity, and economy.
