Position Summary:

FACETS is hiring a part-time Resident Counselor for FACETS’ group homes serving chronically homeless individuals, who are medically vulnerable, located in Fairfax, VA. Under the direction of the Director of Supportive Housing, the RC will provide supportive counseling, community living skills training, medication monitoring, and crisis interventions to chronically homeless individuals in a group home setting. The RC is responsible for maintaining a safe and therapeutic environment while implementing programming to facilitate residents' attainment of rehabilitation goals.
