Residential Conveyancer

An established and progressive law firm in Walsall is looking to recruit an experienced Residential Conveyancer to join its friendly and expanding Conveyancing team. The Role:

• Manage a mixed caseload of residential conveyancing matters.
• Handle 20–25 new files per month , including standard sales and purchases.
• Take on more complex files as experience develops.
• Work within a small, close-knit team of conveyancers, with dedicated support staff shared between fee-earners.

Requirements:

• Minimum of 1 year of conveyancing experience , handling your own files.
