About the Role

            Job Description  Site Supervision : Conduct full‑time supervision of mechanical works, including the installation of HVAC systems, firefighting systems, and vertical transportation (elevators/escalators). 
Quality Inspection : Verify that all mechanical equipment and materials delivered to the site meet the project’s quality standards and approved material submissions. 
Testing & Commissioning (T&C) : Witness and document T&C procedures for mechanical systems to ensure they are fully operational and compliant with safety codes. 
Compliance Monitoring : Ensure all works comply with the Building Control Act, Fire Safety Act, and relevant Singapore Standards (e.g., SS 553, SS 532). 
Site Records : Maintain accurate daily site diaries, inspection logs, and updated as‑built drawings to track project progress.
