Resident Surveyor

Roles & Responsibilities

• Survey Leadership & Operations : Lead a team of surveyors, planning and coordinating daily surveying tasks, schedules, and operations. Lead and manage a full-time site survey team to conduct topographic, GPS, and control surveying.
• Authority Liaison : Act as the primary point of contact for the LTA survey team and Registered Surveyors to coordinate site boundaries, control points, and land titles.
• Tunnel Control & Alignment: Establish and maintain precise control points, alignment, and benchmarks for tunnel excavation.
• Monitoring & Safety: Monitor tunnel deformation, settlement, and convergence using specialized equipment, and ensure compliance with Occupational Health and Safety procedures
• Pre-computation & Verification: Verify accuracy of pre-computation plans before setting out and ensure all build-ups follow approved construction drawings.
