Overview

Work on‑site as a Resident Engineer (RE) with HPE Networking customers, focusing on security products and technologies. The RE provides high‑quality customer engineering and operational support, working closely with customer operational groups and HPE Networking support groups to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Assist the customer’s operations team with preparation and validation of device configurations for new installations, changes within the network, software upgrades, etc.
• Prepare and maintain technical documentation related to HPE Juniper‑based devices (SRX and MX product families).
• Act proactively to solve problems within the network and ensure that security infrastructure behaves reliably.
