Resident Engineer - Roads & Infrastructure Utilities

Position Overview

The Resident Engineer (RE) shall be fully responsible for the supervision, administration, coordination, and contract management of all roads and infrastructure works, including wet and dry utilities. The RE shall ensure that the works are executed in strict accordance with the Contract Documents, approved drawings, specifications, authority requirements, and applicable standards, while safeguarding the Employer’s contractual, technical, financial, and time‑related interests. The role requires strong technical leadership combined with robust contract administration capability.
