About the Role
Resident Engineer (Mechanical & Electrical)
- Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering or equivalent
- or accreditation recognized by PEB Singapore; and
- Possess at least 5 years of relevant and practical experience on site
- In addition to the qualifications and site supervision experience, all Site Supervisors shall also possess the following competencies and personal attributes:
- Technically strong, able to review design details, method statements and use sound judgment to resolve site issues during the course of construction works;
- Conversant with local building codes and regulations, authority requirements and practices;
- Attended minimally one safety course and demonstrated safety acumen to highlight potential safety infringements or unsafe practices on site;
- Demonstrated maturity and ability to manage a team of Site Supervisors;
