About the Role

            Responsibilities Understanding of Project Specifications, construction drawings and ensuring all site activities comply with regulations and client’s requirements 
Monitor site works to ensure method statements and work procedures are strictly followed 
Supervise structural works, identifying any non‑conformity of contractor’s work site 
Ensure the Builder (incl. technical supervisors) executes work in accordance with Consultant’s instructions 
Check drawings and shop drawings for discrepancies, highlight to Consultant, and suggest possible solutions to prevent delays 
Conduct quality inspections and quality control of materials used for the project 
Ensure proper documentation of site inspection records, safety records, and approved/as‑built drawings
