Resident Community Manager

You will take responsibility for the ongoing management of a residential portfolio, overseeing day‑to‑day operations, resident relationships, and compliance. With the support of a junior team member, your focus will be on maintaining smooth operations, strong retention, and a positive living experience for residents.

You’ll work closely with residents from a professional demographic, ensuring a service‑driven environment that reflects the quality and care expected within a premium residential community.

What You’ll Do:

End‑to‑end property management of an approx. ‑apartment portfolio

Delegate tasks and support a junior Property Manager

Manage tenant communication, leases, renewals & general enquiries

Conduct routine inspections and coordinate maintenance

Liaise with stakeholders to ensure smooth operations onsite
