Constantia Healthcare Group is looking for a Team Coach to lead and support the Care Partner team in Middlesbrough. This hands-on role combines leadership with care delivery, ensuring the highest standards of welfare and communication are maintained.

The successful candidate will work closely with managers and leads to organise shifts and enhance resident experience while fostering a strong team culture.
