Residence Officer

• Assist the Residence Manager to provide efficient operations and management of the assigned condominium
• Comply with company's quality assurance standards and expectations
• Provide a high level of service to residents at all times
• Attend to residents' requests/enquiries/feedback
• Assist residents with reservation & use of the condominium's facilities and services
• Greet residents and visitors warmly and make them feel welcome
• Answer all incoming calls and email inquiries in a timely and courteous manner
• Manage parcel deliveries based on approved policies and procedures
• Ensure that front office space and lobby are kept clean and tidy at all times

Requirements:

• SHATEC or GCE 'O' / 'N' level with work experience in customer service / front desk / concierge
