Role Overview

Responsible for managing guest reservations and ensuring accurate booking coordination to support smooth restaurant operations. The role handles all reservation inquiries, maintains the booking system, and ensures clear communication of guest requirements to the front‑of‑house team. The Reservation Agent plays a key role in optimizing table occupancy and enhancing the overall guest experience from the first point of contact.
