About the Role
Responsibilities
- Handling all bookings from any channels (Telephone, Email, Website) with promptness and efficiency.
- Managing telephone reservations and ensuring successful conversion into revenue.
- Creating room reservations in the Opera Property Management System.
- Ensuring accuracy of bookings within the Opera reservation screen.
- Handling each reservation with a smile, being courteous and professional.
- Following up on reservation traces daily.
- Focusing on guests’ requirements and needs.
Qualifications
- Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
- Conversant in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
- Good writing skills in English.
Experience
- 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity at a deluxe class hotel.
