About the Role

Responsibilities

  • Handling all bookings from any channels (Telephone, Email, Website) with promptness and efficiency.
  • Managing telephone reservations and ensuring successful conversion into revenue.
  • Creating room reservations in the Opera Property Management System.
  • Ensuring accuracy of bookings within the Opera reservation screen.
  • Handling each reservation with a smile, being courteous and professional.
  • Following up on reservation traces daily.
  • Focusing on guests’ requirements and needs.

Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma in Hotel Management.
  • Conversant in both English and Bahasa Malaysia.
  • Good writing skills in English.

Experience

  • 2 years of working experience in a similar capacity at a deluxe class hotel.
