Research Engineer (1-year contract), SCIS

The candidate will be responsible for conducting research on video deepfake detection. Successful candidate will be part of an active research team led by Prof HE Shengfeng from School of Computing and Information Systems (SCIS), Singapore Management University (SMU).

• Conduct and contribute to research on video deepfake detection.
• Support the collection, generation, and organization of video deepfake datasets.
• Implement, test, and optimize deep learning programs and pipelines.
• Maintain codebases, run experiments, and document results.
• Other duties as assigned.

• Minimum bachelor's degree in computer science, Information Technology, Information Systems or closely related disciplines from a reputable institution of higher learning; with particular focus on video deepfake detection or video analysis.
