Job Requirements
- Must possess a terminal PhD in Business Administration, Management, or a closely related field from an internationally recognized, AACSB-accredited institution, backed by a verified UAE MOHESR Equivalency Certificate.
- Demonstrated history of high-impact academic research, requiring a minimum of 3 recent publications in Scopus Q1 or ABDC-ranked journals to directly support the university's federal research initiatives.
- Proven track record of delivering high-quality undergraduate instruction, specifically demonstrating cultural competency and experience teaching bilingual or non-native English speaking student demographics within the GCC.
